Utopian Yoga is a synthesis of yoga based disciplines that builds on foundation principles. As that synthesis evolves, movement becomes increasingly graceful and connected, your posture will improve, your breathing will become more efficient and this will enhance your peace of mind.

With The Club, you’ll complete the foundational basics course and gain ongoing access to a library of resources for self-paced practice. In addition, you’ll receive a fresh, curated weekly online class—drawing on my lifetime of experience in yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Qi Gong, bodywork, and education. The Club also includes follow-up sessions designed to support your ongoing journey, with a focus on refining postural alignment and breathing efficiency as an evolving practice

During the past 40 years, I have walked the yoga path. On that journey I have had the support of great yoga teachers. Let me share with you some of their inspiration and knowledge.
It has been developed by well-known Dunedin yoga teacher, Jane Gillespie, after a lifetime of learning and teaching and researching the connection between the mind and body.
It combines aspects of mindfulness, movement, breathing, balance, strengthening, focus and relaxation to facilitate reprogramming and realignment. Its edge is an efficient and achievable synthesis of these elements. As that synthesis evolves movement becomes increasingly graceful, attractive and connected and problems diminish.
By practicing Utopian Yoga you can expect a higher quality of life through improved mobility balance and strength. You will begin to move with more awareness, feel calmer and have improved motor coordination. Learn to stand tall with dignity, to breathe efficiently, and to move elegantly.
